Artwork approval
Production begins after you approve the final proof. Please check spelling, sizes and colours carefully — approved artwork cannot be changed once printed.
Colour
Screen colours and printed colours can differ slightly. Minor variation is normal and not treated as a defect.
Returns
Because every job is custom printed, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrectly produced items. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Payments
Custom and bulk jobs may require an advance. The balance is payable before dispatch.
